Podcast on Women and Gender in Science:

In this podcast on women in academia, we interviewed three academics: Sofia Moratti in Norway, Irini Ampoumogli in Crete and Vanessa Marr in the UK. They shared their reflections on some of the challenges of working in a university, especially during the pandemic. The topics covered included gender inequality in workplace relations, including sexual harassment, the challenges faced by Gender Equality Committees, and a project that explores how women academics juggled domestic adn academic labour during the pandemic.
